4. Teams Built to bear fruit by being highly relational and focused outward
Teams are an indispensable form of ministry beyond individual relationships and will be how we leverage our influence.

The Bible calls all those who learn from Christ to win and build people to do the great commission. Christians are commanded to make disciples.
It is not an easy task. It means giving our time, talents and treasures and turning back from our worldly desires and pleasures. It sometimes means surrendering our security blanket (material possessions, relationships) and putting all our hopes and faith in Him. However, Christ promised in Acts 1:8 power for us to do this task as the Holy Spirit fills us with His very presence.
The Bible also promised eternal rewards to those who are faithfully doing the great commission. Apostle Paul, in two of his letters, wrote about the crown of rejoicing which is reserved for those who labor in leading people to the Lord and building them up in the faith. “Therefore, my beloved brethren whom I long to see, my joy and crown, in this way stand firm in the Lord, my beloved” (Phil. 4:1 cf. 1 Thess. 2:19-20).
Indeed, great are the rewards and recognition for those who win and build up souls for Christ, for it is eternal! None can compare to the treasures in store for those who are faithful in heaven. “That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, ‘No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him’” (1 Corinthians 2:9).
It is for these reasons that we are encouraging everyone to join a Dgroup, as a member at first. As one is established in the faith, is trained in tried and tested ways of making disciples and exhibits the basic qualities of a good disciple, namely: faithful, available, committed and teachable; he or she is challenged to the great upward call of becoming a disciple or a D-Group Leader.
We pray that every Christian will see that the challenge for this earthly investment will bring forth eternal rewards from the One who is worthy of all our devotion and service.

I am pastor Samuel from India, initiated a mission called Indian Rural Gospel Mission (IRGM) that involves evangelism, out-reach, discipleship training, radio ministry, Bible school, church planting, discipleship training, orphanage and social service since 2002.
Gospel has been preaching since Apostle Thomas came to India, but the Indian Christian population is only 2.6%, because of so many reasons. India is the greatest un-reached country in the globe.
There are thousands and thousands of people yet to be evangelized in the huge land of India until they are not reached by the gospel, how can we Christian take rest? When the Millions and Millions of people die without Christ, how can we rest, unless we reach them, they are going to perish?

IRGM involves evangelism, discipleship training, Bible school, church planting, equipping pastors, building healthy families by giving family discipleship ministry, planting house churches, micro-Bible study groups, free bible distribution and social service since 2002.

And also, most of the pastors have no ministry training and theological knowledge, they don’t have ordination, nor affiliation. When they come to the ministry, they are more spiritual, more faith, more speed but gradually, year by year, spirituality goes down, faith and speed is reduced, many pastors are going away from mission and vision.
So, each month, organizing 40—50 pastors and teaching, training, equipping, encouraging and empowering them to fulfil the great commission makes an effective disciple maker and church planters and forming the house churches.
ad also initiated Communion of Independent Christian Churches (CICC) that brings all the independent churches and pastors under one umbrella of CICC to teaches, trains up, equips, encourages and empowers the pastors, churches and believers to fulfil the great commission and make effective disciple maker and transform India for Christ and also gives ordination and affiliation to all independent pastors and churches.
Our State (region) has 38 districts, so appointed 45 district leaders to mobilize the pastors, each district coordinator has 45-50 pastors under their leadership, now more than 2000 pastors and churches are members in CICC.
Now praying, planning and looking to have fellowship to pray together, plan together, March together, work together, equip together and look forward together to see transform India for Christ.
